Abstract
The Harari quark model is used to analyse the radiative decays of the narrow resonances in the spirit of an earlier investigation for the “old” mesons due to Van Royen and Weisskopf. We find Γ( Ψ(3.1)→ η(2.8) γ)=6.2 keV as against 30 keV predicted by the charm model. The spectroscopy of the pseudoscalar states and their radiative decays are also briefly discussed.
