Abstract

We study the decay of a heavy neutral lepton into a neutrino and a photon. In theories with a charged intermediate vector boson the decay rate is finite (in the one-loop approximation), provided the anomalous magnetic moment of the vector boson is exactly one, as it is in unified gauge models of weak and electromagnetic interactions. Our results exhibit strong model dependence.
