Abstract

Computer processing of measurement data makes it possible to extend the set of specimen’s controllable parameters and to store complete information on the test procedure. To attain the required accuracy and reliability of measurement data, results of individual measurements are subject to statistical processing. Dispersion of each of such measurements can be significantly larger than the specified relative test error.
