Abstract

The article presents the work on identifying the features of industrial technology of growing high-grade radiation-resistant quartz. In the course of work the analysis of marking of sections of the quartz devices used for production of the crystal elements which are a part of quartz generators in SMD cases is carried out, features of technology of production of crystal elements are reflected. As a result of the carried out works it is established that the crystal elements made of quartz crystals subjected to electrotreatment and thermophysical treatment by gamma irradiation and high-temperature annealing fully satisfy the requirements for radiation resistance under continuous and pulsed irradiations. Data on tests of samples of quartz generators GK108-P on resistance to influence of special factors of KGS “Climate-7” are resulted.
