Abstract
Dose measurements on X-ray diagnostic workers are reported, and a survey of the literature presented. The testing of lead-rubber gloves for flaws is urged. The conclusion reached is that in general X-ray diagnostic workers receive much less than the maximum permissible dose, but that they sometimes approach this value, and occasionally exceed it.
