Abstract

Sexual dysfunction and pelvic floor disorders are common in gynecologic cancer survivors. With the increasing use of MRI in radiation therapy (RT) treatment planning, small yet critical female pelvic structures that were previously unseen during planning CT scans can now be visualized. In this study, we determined the degree of RT dose delivered to anatomic structures of clinical importance in female sexual dysfunction and pelvic floor disorders by pelvis external beam RT.
