The spectra were measured for radial velocities by the cross-correlation technique. A spectroscopic orbit has been determined for the first time. The spectroscopic mass ratio q = m1/m2 has been found to be 2.524 +/- 0.046. Photometric solutions were made with the data in the literature and the photometric effects of distortion on the radial-velocity curves were corrected by means of the Wilson-Devinney code. The mass ratio q was corrected to be 2.47 by the code. Absolute dimensions and physical parameters have been derived. The absolute visual magnitudes were found to be 4.44 and 5.23 m. The distance of the system is estimated to be 70 pc. The system is a W-type W UMa system and has a configuration of a fairly large overcontact of 23 percent.
