Abstract
The scientifically grounded methods for calculating the main technological parameters of the internal radial extrusion of a pipe billet in order to obtain products with the same radii of the upper and lower parts. All formulas are given that are necessary to determine the strength of the process, the maximum stresses acting on various shaping elements of the stamp, to determine the accumulated deformations at any points of the resulting product, as well as to take into account the hardening of the extruded material.
