Abstract
When radar is working in a complex environment,the performance of conventional algorithms degenerates. New frequency spectrum estimation methods based on Fractional Lower Order Statistics (FLOS) covariation about radar were proposed: FLOS-direct method,FLOS-indirect method,FLOS-welch method,FLOS-music method. By estimating the sinusoidal signals embedded in the stable noise,the method in this paper is robust in both Gauss and non-Gauss environments.
