Abstract

We report cases of tuberculosis reactivation after COVID-19 treated with corticosteroids and tocilizumab. Both patients had lymphopenia and limited clinical signs. Radiological findings were unusual but microbiological samples were positive. As screening for latent tuberculosis with IGRA seems inappropriate in this context, latent tuberculosis treatment should be discussed while introducing immunomodulatory treatment for patients at risk.
