Abstract
This work with the measurement of interfacial area obtained by mixing of two liquid phases. For that purpose, the chemical method has been chosen, but the extent of the reaction has been measured by thermal analysis. The values of interfacial area have then been related to operating conditions and physical properties of the phases.
