Randomized clinical trials (RCT) often influence recommendations in ACOG practice bulletins (PB). Thus, consider the racial ethnic disparity in outcomes, optimally the individuals recruited for RCT would reflect the contemporary population in US. The objective of this study was to examine RCT referenced in PB, assess the location of where they were conducted, and if the racial ethnic disparity among individuals recruited reflects that of those who delivered in 2019.
