Abstract

Racial and ethnic disparities in perioperative outcomes after abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair have been described, but differences in long-term outcomes are poorly understood. Our aim was to identify racial/ethnic differences in late aneurysm rupture, reintervention, and survival after elective endovascular AAA repair (EVAR) and to explore potential mechanisms underlying these differences.
