Abstract
Rhabdomyoma is the most common cardiac tumor in fetuses. This entity is often associated with tuberous sclerosis and is usually diagnosed in the third trimester of pregnancy. We report a case of cardiac rhabdomyoma occupying the entire left ventricle of the fetus and leading to cardiac transplantation in infancy.
