Abstract
Left ventricular (LV) remodelling is associated with adverse outcomes in patients with aortic stenosis, and is poorly correlated with echocardiographic measurements. We predict the effects of surgical (SAVR) and transcatheter (TAVR) aortic valve replacement in patients with severe AS on LV remodelling using CMR tissue tracking, and non-contrast T1 mapping.
