Abstract

35 MRS patients, 20 with FP, were found (Table 1). At the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, every MRS patient had FP. The triad form was frequent and two patients had uveitis. Edema was not persisting and did not dominate the clinical picture. Two patients had acute edema at the time of tissue biopsy and non-necrotizing granulomas were detected. At the Department of Dermatology, two patients had triad MRS and 15 had monosymptomatic granulomatous ceilitis with frequent or persisting edema and typical MRS tissue histology. No UNC-93B1 gene mutations were found. Results
