Abstract

ABSTRACT A fourth annual report of UBV photometry of R CrB is presented, in this case covering 98 nights of Automatic Photoelectric Telescope observations in the 1989 season. Throughout this time the star was below its usual maximum brightness, but a three-month quasi-stationary interval reveals the usual low-amplitude (∼0.2 mag in V) pulsations with the single period 0f41d.1 1d.5 which is not significantly different from the customary 43d.8 value.
