Abstract

최근 국내에서 발생한 붕괴사고 및 교량의 교체, 기타 많은 유지관리상의 문제점 등으로 인하여 교량이 재건설되거나 공용수명을 다하지 못하고 교체되는 점을 감안하면 교량의 공용수명동안 소요되는 실질적인 손실은 막대하다 할 수 있다. 따라서 LCC경제성 분석을 통해 획득된 자료 및 데이터는 유지관리단계에서 필요한 보수·보강 공법 및 방안, 기존구조물의 성능향상의 최적수준 결정, 정부투자 우선순위 의사결정 등의 문제에 활용하여, 긍극적으로 비용의 효율적인 활용을 도모할 수 있으리라 판단된다. When the fact is taken into consideration that recent collapses, bridge replacement and other many maintenance problems in Korea have caused bridges to be re-constructed or replaced before they reach their expected life for public use, the substantial loss during the life for public use of bridges is estimated. Accordingly, the data obtained from the analysis of the LCC economic feasibility is expected to be used for finding the construction methods and ways for repair and reinforcement necessary in the stage of maintenance and administration, determining the optimum level of performance improvement of existing structures and helping the government decide the priority for investment, and ultimately to help seek the efficient use of cost.
