Abstract

This study is based on social exchange theory, introduces knowledge sharing and knowledge acquisition as mediating variables, demonstrates the positive relationship between team trust and innovation performance, and explores the moderating effects of different innovation strategies (exploratory and exploitative). The research results show that team trust has a significant positive impact on innovation performance. Knowledge sharing has a mediating effect between team trust and innovation performance, and knowledge acquisition has a mediating effect between team trust and innovation performance. Exploratory innovation strategy has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance, and exploratory innovation strategy has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge acquisition and innovation performance. The utilization innovation strategy has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance, and the utilization innovation strategy has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge acquisition and innovation performance.
