Abstract

A quintet baryon model for hadron interactions based on the proton, neutron, ..lambda.., and ..lambda../sub c/, and ..lambda../sub b/ baryons is proposed. It is shown that all observed meson, baryon, and dibaryon states may be identified either with resonance states in the proper fermions-antifermions sectors or with excited states of composite bosons or original baryons. A specific SU(3) multiplet structure for baryons is obtained, which : due to the discovery of new Z/sub 0/ and Z/sub 1/ baryons: agrees with the experimental results.
