Abstract

Abstract— Questionnaires distributed by mail on school dental care were completed by 4,067 parents and the response suggests that (1) most parents feel adequately informed about the dental health of their children; (2) the school dental programme is a satisfactory use of public money; and (3) most parents want regular care from private practitioners for the children after leaving the school programme.
