The purpose of this paper is the investigation of the problem in a more general case, namely: the operator is defined by the equality (3). We investigate problem (i), (2), (4) by reducing it to the solving of a system of inte ~ gral equations. Making use of the results of [2, Chap. II], we invert the operator, occurring in the left-hand side of (i), on the Cauchy data (2):
