Abstract
A lot of references and social cohesion has gone, without history, without past in the Institution knowledges transmission stutters. After to notice the anachronical way of given references about psychiatric sector's and institutionnal psychotherapy's heritages which condemn concentration and recommend to take on (again) the subject, psychopathology is giving as a pathology of the bind and the psychiatry as social and cultural relationships aiming sociality. Also the psychoanalysis open a fieldwork about the social part of psychological disorders, part which thus becomes clinical material. This opening invites to work again the bind of the subject to the social and also a reflexion upon the function of the myth's organization in psychic life. Those working shafts introduce the subject in this cross-road between the private, the collective and the public, as a ground between intimate and common place, that Psychiatry is.
