Abstract
For some time Quebec, the French-speaking underdeveloped province of Eastern Canada, has begun to make itself heard in the newspapers of the whole world. What is going on in Quebec? A revolution? Bombs burst last year in Montreal. A hundred thousand farmers marched on the Quebec parliament in the spring. Students and unions also marched on the Quebec capital.
