Abstract
The two-dimensional method of lines (MoL) is proposed for calculating the quasistatic parameters of boxed structures in which the dielectrics may be anisotropic. The effect of metallization thickness is included in the analysis by modeling thick strips as pairs of equipotential thin strips.
