Abstract

The intent of this paper is to examine the quasi-ethnicity of North Korea, Korean-Chinese community, Korean residents in Japan and the culture fragmentation. Northeast Asia Korean has been studied mainly by Korean or diaspora. However, the Korean in Northeast Asia has lost cultural elements of the Koreans or the diaspora. They were reorganized into the society as the otherness. The Korean in Northeast Asia are referred a Kim Il-sung Minjok(Kim Il-sung Nation), Chinese Chosun Tribe, Zainichi. The Culture of the Northeast Asia Korean makes it difficult for unified world-view of the Korean Culture Community based on consciousness of homogeneous korean community. Therefore this paper proposes a need to develop a cultural plan to prevent culture fragmentation.
