Abstract

By introducing bilinear and anisotropic interactions in a model based on a square lattice of ferromagnetism, we learn about the influence of excitations with nonlinearity in intrinsic localized modes (ILMS) and modulational instability. Equations of motion are constructed in the semi-classical limit by pairing Glauber’s coherent state representation with the Dyson-Maleev form of spin operators. A Cubic Nonlinear Schrödinger (CNLS) equation is obtained using an intensive method of quasi-discreteness analysis mixed with a method of multiple scales. We also analyze the bright envelope solitons and intrinsically localized modes using a Sine-Cosine function approach. Stability conditions are obtained using Modulational Instability analysis.
