Abstract

We study the influence of several t-channel contributions in the Jülich meson exchange model for ππ and πη scattering. Furthermore we employ the mass difference between charged and neutral pions and kaons by reformulating the model in a basis of mass eigenstates. A non-vanishing cross section for π + π − → π 0 η indicates a mixing of a 0(980) and f 0(980).
