Abstract

Polycrystalline and nanocrystalline silicon are widely used in thin film transistors production for active matrix organic light emitting devices, photodetectors and memory devices. Silicon thin films are studied by using Raman spectroscopy, electron spin resonance, Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, nonlinear laser spectroscopy and conductivity measurements.
