Abstract

We show the measurements of current plateaus performed with the complete quantum metrological triangle (QMT) experimental set-up. This current is generated by a three junctions metallic R-pump and verifies theoretically the equality I=Q x .f SET . Q x denotes an estimate of the electron charge in our single electron device and has been measured as a function of the pumping frequency, f SET .
