Abstract

AbstractIn the last several years, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are faced with big problems in the stability issues, which also occur in the Interface modification materials. Herein, CsPbBr1.5I1.5 quantum dots (QDs) encapsulated in ZrO2 sol is introduced to improve device stability to some extent. The encapsulated QDs can improve the morphology of the perovskite layer and effectively passivate the perovskite film. The device fabricated by CsPbBr1.5I1.5 QDs encapsulated achieves a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 21.23%, corresponding to 18.86% for the unmodified control devices. The performance of the device based on CsPbBr1.5I1.5/ZrO2 nanocomposites modified remains 81.8% of initial PCE after 500 h.
