Abstract

Magnetic charges on the vertices of a two‐dimensional artificial magnetic honeycomb lattice can manifest liquid‐like quantum mechanical disorderness via charge dynamics. In article number 2004103, Deepak K. Singh, Valeria Lauter, and co‐workers demonstrate the existence of massively degenerate paramagnetic ground states at low temperature that are not greatly affected by magnetic field application. Experimental evidence, obtained using neutron reflectometry measurements (white incident light pattern), are tantamount to the occurrence of a novel quantum disordered state of magnetic charges.
