Abstract

Bi0.5Li0.5TiO3 (LBT) ceramics was prepared by mechanochemical synthesis and sintered at 600 °C. Quantitative structural analysis was carried out and various structural parameters are presented here along with Rietveld refinement data. The dielectric study was carried out and observed that, presence of two dielectric anomalies in all frequencies signifies the phase transformation from ferroelectric to anti-ferroelectric at temp (Td) 133.32 °C and from anti ferroelectric phase to paraelectric phase at temp (Tc). 352.904 °C for the first and second curve respectively. Different dielectric parameters and dielectric loss values Td and Tc are noted. The values of ϵ m, e r and tan δ at temperatures Td, Tc and Tr (room temperature) at 10 kHz are presented in this study.
