Abstract

The iterative quadratic maximum likelihood (IQML) method is a robust spectral estimation algorithm that can be applied to yield accurate quantification of NMR data. This method only requires a few iterations (normally less than 5) of quadratic minimization and is demonstrated to be a much more accurate and much less biassed estimator than a linear prediction and singular value decomposition (LPSVD) based method.
