Abstract

Poor insulin sensitivity is associated with poor pregnancy outcomes. In a randomized trial of ovulation induction in women with PCOS, we compared two validated surrogates (QUICKI and HOMA-IR) of insulin sensitivity and odds of pregnancy and live birth.
