Abstract

In previous papers, the theory of quantitative immunoelectrophoresis has been discussed 1 and an improved method proposed 2. The present communication deals with the study of normal and pathological human sera. The results obtained show clearly that the quantitative method is extremely useful in evaluating and classifying the pathological changes and provides many hitherto unknown clues for differential diagnosis.
