Abstract

c-Myc (Myc) is one of the major oncogenes and also is a well-defined pro-hypertrophic transcription factor in cardiomyocytes. Although the molecular mechanisms underlying pro-hypertrophic property of Myc are wide-ranging, the direct target genes in cardiomyocytes still remain unclear.
