Abstract
A modified ion exchange of chromatographic method for the separation of glutamic, aspartic, and cysteic acids has been presented. Glutamine and asparagine are determined as glutamic and aspartic acids after 16–22 hours of acid hydrolysis. The method is rapid, simple, quantitative, and can be automated.
