Abstract
AbstractThe use of matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry for the determination of the molecular weight distribution of cyclic β (1–2) glucans is reported here. Quantitative response is demonstrated by the use of different instruments and by comparison with high‐performance liquid chromatography/refractive index detection analysis.
