Abstract

Objectives: Integrin molecules have been suggested as markers of endometrial receptivity. We previously reported flow cytometry (FC) to assess the quantitative expression of endometrial integrins during the menstrual cycle (Hum Reprod 1999). In the present study we quantitatively determine the profile of expression of integrins in endometrial stromal (ESC) and epithelial cells (EEC) from fertile women treated with CC for super-ovulation induction and in users of copper-releasing IUD.
