Abstract

Currently, guidance by myocardial contrast echocardiography at the time of angiography is critical in identifying appropriate septal perforators for septal alcohol ablation (SEA) in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). We evaluated whether there are other angiographic and/or echocardiographic markers that may identify suitable patients for SEA.
