Abstract

There are many sources of measurement error of laser tracker, among which Angle measurement error is the most important one. In this paper, the direct expression method and drawing method of single point Angle measurement error are analyzed, and the Angle measurement error of two points is also analyzed. The results show that the single point angular measurement error of laser tracker is large in the short distance, and as high as 4.3 “in the position of 1 m, the laser tracker should be avoided in the short distance. After 12 m, the Angle measuring error is less than 1.5 ”, after ranging more than 12 m, the Angle measuring error is stable to less than 1.5 ”. At the farthest distance, the angular error is about 1.27 “at 80 m. At the same time, the analysis of the laser tracker Angle error should be combined with the Angle error and the error of indication.
