Abstract

One of the problems in stages of different projects is frequent delay in their completion. The most important reason is existence of risk and internal and external uncertainties. To solve this problem a program is needed to manage the risks and uncertainties and reduce their impacts on the objectives of the project. In this paper, a quantitative analysis of the risks in industrial investment project is suggested using database supported by Topsis algorithm. By using Visual Basic software, a program is designed to identify the project risks. Keywords: Risk analysis, project, Topsis method, industry, database, Iran
