Abstract
Non-invasive assessment of PET FDG uptake is an established method for diagnosis of cardiac sarcoidosis (CS), and assessing the treatment response. Few studies have examined the quantification of FDG uptake using both cardiac metabolic activity & volume (CMA & CMV respectively). The aim of the study was to assess the diagnostic accuracy of FDG uptake in this group of patients and assess their treatment response.
