Abstract

The study aims to identify the importance of Quality of work life and how it affects the women employees. It additionally targets understanding various exercises attempted to work on nature of work life in an association.
 The prosperity of any organization is depending on how it attracts, motivates and retains its work force. Organizations must adopt a master plan to improve the QWL of employees thereby satisfy organizational objectives as well as employee needs. The study tries to understand the importance of having effective QWL practices in organizations and their impact on employee performance and the overall organizational performance.
 The conclusion drawn from the study is that a good QWL will ensure stress free, highly motivated and committed employees in the organisation.
 It is recommended that the organisation must consider the mental health of the employees also must provide good working environment, safety and fair remuneration. The administration should think about the worker as a significant piece of the association.
