Abstract

Introduction: Isolated limb perfusion (ILP) is a treatment option for patients with melanoma in-transit metastases of the extremities. The procedure is mainly used to keep loco-regional disease in control and thereby increase the patients’ health-related quality of life (HRQOL). However, limited knowledge exists about the baseline HRQOL levels in patients with in-transit metastasis, and what factors that mostly affect this.
