Abstract

Autogenous bone grafts are the gold standard for bone harvesting, namely the iliac crest. A retrospective, cross-sectional study was conducted, to assess the quality-of-life changes and donor site morbidity of patients who underwent anterior or posterior iliac crest autogenous bone graft harvesting procedures at King Abdulaziz University Hospital, using a survey instrument to obtain responses via phone call from 31 interviewed patients, mainly males (51.6%), with mean age of 36.77(17.1).
