Abstract

Managing quality for a trauma program, whether big or small, can be a tremendous challenge. In most cases the responsibility for organization and ongoing monitoring and evaluation falls on the shoulders of the trauma coordinator (TC). The TC is often awash in piles of paper trails and meeting minutes.
