Abstract

This article analyses the concept of quality management of research projects and provides insights on research support services and their usage in one Lithuanian university. In the article, a literature analysis is presented on the definition of quality management of research projects and their scope. With the help of the analysis of quality management of research projects and the survey of one Lithuanian University staff, it is determined what support services the university provides to its project teams. This paper provides conclusions and yields recommendations on how to maximise the efficiency of support services currently available at the university.
