Abstract

The article focuses on the area of quality management in organizations within standardized management systems. The aim of the research was to identify and assess the effectiveness of standardized quality management systems in organizations in Central Pomerania using a logistic regression model. The source of data were the results of 2 surveys conducted among 1623 business entities of the Central Pomeranian region in Poland. The obtained results prove that the standardized management systems functioning in organizations are effective, which increases the likelihood of effective quality management in all areas of the activities of the surveyed organizations.
